  Sharing is Caring !
Posted by: Ansem - 23-09-2012 11:04 PM - No Replies

Hello everyone and apologies for the long absence

I've been busy during the holiday and with university starting again.
However, I've been thinking of new ways to improve this community, with that in mind I've added a wiki !!!

Yes that's right, a wiki where we can all share, create and improve pages.
These could be grammar or a small Kanji list, think about explanation and etiquette of a school festival or the do's and don'ts when greeting someone.

Feel free to add your contribution and don't forget, sharing is caring Smile
I'll be back on the community again on a regular basis, so why not invite your friends as well ?
More the merrier

  Chat is up and working
Posted by: Ansem - 08-04-2012 12:46 AM - Replies (2)

So, after some shenanigans, the chat seems to work now, eventually.
( sorry for the $forumdir invalid error, took me a long time to fix )

This means that we can all communicate in real time !
What's best is that we can all practise safe and sound with (what little or not) skills everyone has.
Also, it'll help me which material I should make next, because I can just make something, but what do you want to learn ?

I'll be around there most the time, perhaps we could find time arrangements when we all should go and chat together.
But we'll see how it goes out for now.
This will only help bring our community closer and help me alot in knowing which direction to grow next.

Please remind that the forum rules also apply on the chat, so no spamming, advertising, insulting, etc.

Thanks for all your support in the community so far !

  What should our aim be
Posted by: Ansem - 29-03-2012 01:52 PM - Replies (9)

So I'm filling up the language section, although it does take quite some effort to make the stuff.
However, so far, you, the current members don't really seem to feel any need for it.

I want to know which direction the memberbase would want to go.
Should I keep focusing on both the language as culture ( anime/manga is Japanese culture Wink ) or drop one of them :/
What could improve this site so that you could persuade your friends to join as well.
Together we can make this a pleasant and open community for everyone to be welcome. ( except if you're a spammer Angry )

Communities grow because of their members, so I want to make things better for the members so the community may continue to grow Smile )
